About Me
In the spring of my life, fate dealt me a challenging hand with the diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and Trigeminal neuralgia.
Seven years ago, the course of my existence took an unexpected turn, forcing me to bid farewell to the career I loved.
Amidst the shadows of uncertainty, my world was further obscured when Trigeminal Neuralgia unleashed excruciating pain, leaving me grappling with the relentless agony for two agonizing years.

Yet, amid the storms of adversity, I found the unwavering support of my loving wife, who not only stood by me but also shouldered the responsibility of caring and providing for myself and our two little boys.
Refusing to succumb to the labels imposed by illness, I resolved to seize control of my destiny. Instead of allowing my conditions to define me, I embarked on a mission to contribute meaningfully to my family and craft a brighter future.
The journey isn’t easy, and the road is filled with challenges, but I refuse to let despair dictate the narrative of my life.
In the midst of these trials, a glimmer of hope emerged from an unexpected source – a recipe passed down by a family member, who owned the Hatfield bakery.
This gift sparked the inception of “Buckets of Blessings,” a venture that would not only keep our family afloat but also reignite my sense of purpose.
With a simple yet delectable product— a pre-mix ciabatta packaged in a charming bucket—I endeavored to encapsulate the warmth and spirit of home-baked goodness.

Every Bucket represents more than just a convenient way to bake bread; it carries the essence of my journey—of courage, determination, and hope.
It symbolizes the resilience that can be found in the face of adversity and the unwavering commitment to quality and flavor that mirrors my own dedication to overcoming life’s challenges.
As I see the dough rise in the bucket and witness the transformation from raw ingredients to a fragrant loaf of ciabatta,
I find solace in knowing that my creation, born from a place of hardship, is now bringing joy and sustenance to others.

Navigating life with the grace of my trusty black cane, you can find me at the local markets. Several cherished shops have opened their doors to me, making it easier for you to bring the smell of a freshly baked Ciabatta into your home.
And the journey doesn’t end there – whether you seek a single bucket or enough buckets to feed an army, I welcome orders of all sizes.
May my story be a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there is always an opportunity to rise and share the blessings that life has to offer.
